Hotel Univers Nice

Perfect city center location, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Easy access to tram and train stations. Clean and comfortable room with a Smart TV. Excellent reception staff.

The hotel was in a great location, right near the Massena Tram stop and in the centre of everything. It was very close to the sea as well as the train station. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, and the staff at reception were excellent and very helpful.

The bathroom in the room was very small and dated, and the shower was cramped and difficult to use.

Had nice stay overall, little place and the weather was beautiful. We had fast check-in on arrival.

The place was fairly clean and staff were welcoming, I liked prime location. The breakfast was fine with lots of delicious options.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and spacious shower room/toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The hotel's location was great, with the beach and market areas within walking distance, providing good value for money.

We felt totally at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

I enjoyed the place thanks to location and staff. Lots of supplies in the room: a personal safe, a work desk and a TV set. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Nice. And it was also within walking distance of a popular street and other tourist spots.

The renovated rooms were pleasant, with comfortable beds and enough space for my belongings. The location of the hotel was amazing, with shopping, attractions, and the beach all within a short walk. The wifi worked well, important for me during my business trip.

The reception area and lobby were small and confusing, making it difficult to navigate. the hotel lacked character and did not have the cozy charm that I have experienced in other similar hotels.

The location of this hotel was amazing, as it was close to everything. I could easily get around the city by tram, with tram 1 passing right by the hotel. I found it very convenient that I could take the tram from the train station to reach the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The breakfast offered was very good, making for a great start to the day. I was impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel.

Conveniently located near the beach and Galeries Lafayette, with bars and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent location near Place Massena Tram Stop, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Good for solo travelers. Close proximity to the Promenade and the sea.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say, the location couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the center, right at the corner of the main shopping street. This made it very easy for me to explore the city and visit all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services such as car hire, tours/ticket assistance, and luggage storage, which made my stay even more convenient.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city. The location, services, and amenities provided here ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A pleasant surprise at Hotel Univers! The room was clean and spacious, with a choice of feather or foam pillows. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and main train line. Despite some minor inconveniences like weak wifi and limited bathroom amenities, I still highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and ideal location. I had a great stay and would recommend Hotel Univers to others.
